I lagged on this but here are some photos of Set Your Goals and Suicide Silence. Halfway through Set Your Goals' set, I just set my camera down and acted like I was sixteen again. More after the click.

Suicide Silence brought some metal. I only snapped two because I caught the tail end of their set.

Some of Caseys (pictured) friends came up from San Jose earlier this week to skate a bit. All kinds of fun and pain. Day #224/365 - Vans Warped Tour (Part 1 of 3) Friday, August 13, 2010

My friend Nick was kind enough to get me into the Vans Warped Tour in both Marysville/Sacramento yesterday and San Jose last month. It was hot, but not as bad a the few that I went. I was only there to shoot a few specific bands (Whitechapel, Set Your Goals, Suicide Silence and Dillinger) but Nick mentioned that this was his new favorite band because the lead singer was a chick and she gave Hayley from Paramore a run for her money.

So I went and checked them out. Not entirely my cup of tea, but they're good for what they do and I enjoy listening to them. Nick was spot on, her voice was amazing.

Just rode down to the river yesterday to chill with Erica and Harlee. The weather was nice and light was tight. I like rhyme, but it's just not my time.

Hahaha. Not.

I know I'm slacking harrrrrrd on this project, I've just had so much on my plate that I can't keep up with it daily, so I'm just trying to do it as I can. I'm shooting everyday, but it's just the process of getting the photos up and to the viewing eye of the web.
