updates. I know I know I've been lagging. The blur of LA, School, work, and the 2008 Nugget BAGOFF have kept me quite busy, but things are returning to normal. This post is all about this guy.
Andrew and I went out the other night and chilled. I decided to mess around with a blur technique I first read about over at CPF.
You all didn't know his V4 C240 could go that fast eh?
We then headed to the local bowl and decided to try painting with my Sb-25s. Check it out.
test shots....
getting there...
close....
were there.
oh yeah...
For the fist two I just had Drew carve around the bowl, while I popped off flashes over a 30s time period. Kind of a rad effect. I then thought I'd try and stop some motion. So we kind of setup a routine of tricks and as you can see in the frame I ran around the deck of the bowl trying to stop light him up. I actually ended up slipping and falling down into the transition because I was running around like a kid in a toy store. For the final two we had a solid routine and it was just a matter of making it in the 30s. Enjoy.
So this is my "night out" lol. Sorry for the delay all, I've been so wrapped up in my responsibilities and work. I've really felt the challenge of keeping close to Jesus through prayer and study. Please pray for me in this area and time management. BIG THANKS TO KATIE KINNEY FOR AN AWESOME WEEKEND IN L.A.!!!!
best,
jL
